My favourite author is Terry Patchett, in truth I finish one of his books in about 2 days, its funny, its clever, it makes smart references, it tells a good yarn and has a lot more charm the the grey real world novel. Having said that I also ploughed through The Ancestors Tale and God delusion pretty quickly. Took months to get through Latta and MacBeath though.
