I love to read because it offers a degree of immersion that no other medium offers to me. A book can be different every time you read it, and the experience is richer each time in a way that films (much as I love them) seldom are. It would be hard for me to pick one favorite author, and while I'm a Christian, saying the Bible would be misleading - I read that to deepen my relationship with God,...
