I'd rather read than eat

I began reading at age 4 and have never stopped. I have a lifelong love affair with books and an insatiable curiosity about the world and everything in it. I read humor and mysteries for pleasure, but most of the books I own are NON-fiction and reference books. I'm also a map junkie and love to read trade journals of all kinds. I want a long-term relationship where I can connect on all levels--mental, emotional, and spiritual as well as physical.
